The Humanities Class that begins 10/6 has been relocated to the Los Angeles City College Campus - Jefferson Hall, Room 107. Class start time will be 6:00 pm. Street Parking on Heliotrope.

Earn your Associate's Degree by taking classes after work/weekends at convenient LAUSD locations.

A.A. Degree programs are offered at the following three locations:

  • Downtown (Beaudry/Shatto)
  • West Valley (Kennedy High School)

Organizational Excellence Classified Training processes the tuition reimbursement for the following units:

*Once you have downloaded the tuition reimbursement request form, please read the instructions carefully and include all information requested.
   

   
Most commonly forgotten or missed information:
   
- Employee Number
- Beginning and Ending Dates of Class(s) (mm/dd/yy)
- Work schedule (e.g. Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
- Class Schedule(Day/Time)(e.g. Mon. 6 -10 pm Thur. 6 - 9 pm)
   

*IMPORTANT

The class must be related to your current position. You must document how the class relates to your position on your request form.
   

You must attach a copy of the course description to your request. This can be a copy of the class/course description from the school catalog.

   
In the lines provided on the form, please state how the course/class relates to your current position.
   
Turn in the request prior to the start date of your class and before you pay any fees.
   
A signed approval from your administrator is necessary.
   
If you are having trouble obtaining the proper signatures on time, please contact our office.
